We at SNKRHED are not only an online store to supply countless sneaker enthusiasts fresh and current customized shoes, but also provide a service to customize shoes to liven up their sneaker collection. Founded in 2007, the creators of SNKRHED realized that many of their shoes began to feel outdated. While many of their fellow sneaker head companions began to feel the same, they felt the oppurtunity to take this void in the shoe market and create it into a business venture.
As the creators have figured that there is definitely a void, their latest obstacle was how (or even what) can fill it in? Thats when they got in contact with local artist, Pepe Urquia, who was customizing his old worn shoes as they grew worn. Realizing his method and seeing an oppertunity, togehter they linked up and created SNKRHED, and online shop where they not only sell customized sneakers with Pepe's brand or artistry on the shoes, but provide a service where any devoted sneakerhead can turn in their white or slightly outdated pair and have it turned into a fresh new pair for their collection.
Since then, the growing sneaker community has finally found a place for their sneakers to be reborn. The best thing to happen to sneakers since the Air Jordan.
